Room4Dessert proudly presents R4D Academy, our first class series, designed for professionals and amateurs alike.

Join us for a month-long (or weekly) hands-on class, led by Chef Will Goldfarb, and unfold the secrets behind the most talked about desserts in the world. From 3 May until 29 May, each week we dive into different decadent delights.

Spaces are extremely limited for this rare opportunity to add R4D signatures to your repertoire, or to indulge your loved ones with a gift of sweet journey with R4D.

No!

When does the course start?
May 3

How long is the course for?
The course is four weeks long.

Can I do just one week (or pick and choose)?
Yes you can request that option. Kindly note we will prioritize placement for the complete course.

Everyday?
Yep. Well, almost. It runs from Monday to Friday. With an excursion planned each Saturday. Sunday is a rest day for you to enjoy Bali!

How many hours a day is it?
The classes are split into two three hour segments. From 10-1 and 2-5.

Do I get lunch, then?
Of course. We will prepare a yummy and nutritious lunch for you.

How about dinner?
For dinner you are on your own, but we can help guide you through the best local options for all budgets.

Where do I sleep? At the restaurant?
Regrettably no, we do not have room here, but we have great relationships with local hotels, and can help you to get the best deals at budget, comfort and luxury levels.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes. All students who complete the course will receive a Certificate from Room4Dessert for Restaurant Pastry 1.

Will you be offering more courses in the future?
Yes. We will expand the curriculum as we move forward.

How many people are in each class?
Not more than 10.

Is it hands-on?
Yes! A demonstration will be followed by individual cooking of each recipe.

Will Chef Will be there?
Yes.

How much does it cost?
The course is 50jt for four weeks.
Individual weeks, if available, will be 15jt per week.
