Led by Chef Will Goldfarb and the R4D team, each session is a fun, thoughtful dive into the making of dessert. From the familiar classics to the unexpected experiments that keep us inspired, it's where technique meets imagination, and learning feels more like play.

Students can join for 1 week (either Season 19: Fight Club, or Season 20: Fight Club Round 2) or the full 2 weeks (both seasons back to back).

ETHICAL FORAGING
WITH MADE MASAK

Immerse in the warm and wonderful world of Ethical Foraging and Jamu making at our one-day workshop with Made Masak. The first session is meeting our friends: Salted Egg Duck producer and Tofu producer.⁠

And the second session is strolling and harvesting responsibly with Made in her food forest, and learn how to make jamu.⁠⁠
